"This is a nice, fairly new hotel; large rooms and comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent! The elevator was not operating for our 2 nights there, but that was not much of an imposition. Also, ice is available for your rooms, but only at the front desk. Very convenient to Main St."

"We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite and it was just perfect for our family. Cleverly done spacious layout with a big living room and comfy sofa bed. Well stocked spacious kitchen and very comfortable beds. Loved our stay and would certainly stay again if we are in this area again."

"The village is beautiful. Our kids loved the pond, playground and surrounding paths for family walks. The cabin was cozy, well kept and had everything a family needs. Our stay was short but will have to do it again for an extended stay."

"I am 6’4”. I used to travel 120 nights a year all over. This was the smallest room(including cruise cabins) I have ever been in. I would have complained but I was in one and of my favorite towns and just went with it. The tv was on the left wall to a forward facing bed and it was so uncomfortable trying to watch I turned it off and played on my phone. I checked and my bathroom and wife’s closet are bigger than the room. Buyer beware and all but that room was ridiculous and uncomfortable. And...

"We stayed here after an unfortunate accident which totaled our car. The staff at Graystone went out of their way to help us get back on track. They gave us early checkin and great direction on how to navigate the situation using options in the Boone area. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, including the room breakfast, and fresh chocolate chip cookies. We hope to return for another stay here under better circumstances. It is a beautiful area!"

"The staff and amenities were great! Breakfast was hot and well stocked! We enjoy the pool alone twice on our trip. Only down side was our room was not very clean, stains on the sheets, shower and floor were dirty and it smelled a little bit. We also did not use the WiFi due to having to make an account but that was our choice."
