"Stayed in a 2-bed unit and although well appointed and pleasantly decorated, we found the downstairs bedrooms to be very cold, with the wall heaters and bedding insufficient to keep you warm at night. The upstairs lounge/kitchen area definitely benefited from a heat pump. Another plus was the spacious bathroom with heated towel rack, heater and excellent shower pressure. Parking, while available and free, can be tight to manoeuvre into and out off depending on your car size and unit location."

"One of the best accommodations we have EVER stayed in, plus it was super convenient for visiting our University of Otago student. Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. Our suite was sparkling clean, the kitchenette had everything needed for our stay, the bathtub was amazing, and the bed was supremely comfortable. "A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard."

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level "
