"Shuttle pick up, took over an hour and I was told it would be minutes… Hot water for shower was uncontrollable within seconds going from too hot to too cold easily for a minute or two and then switching back or worse. I was on first floor and to hear many people walking all times a day and night above me…"

"Really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very nice. We lived that they had a fenced dog area. The only things negative I could even say are really just personal preference, for me the pillows were way too thick, I woke up with numbness in my hands from pinching nerves in my neck. Since they had 4 pillows on the bed it would have been nice to have had two slim pillows and two thick ones so as to accommodate more guest needs. But the bed was very comfortable outside of that. The rooms heating and cooling system was pretty loud. If you like a fan on when you sleep then you’ll live it, it was a bit loud for me. These are really minor things and overall I would stay here again as long as I brought my own pillows, lol."
