"Nice bar area with pool table. Breakfast was nice selection. The staff didn’t tell us we could order pancakes and poached eggs off the menu but we worked it out. Would’ve been nice to be told this. "On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. "Great to have two double beds in the twin room Spa area, whilst small was a really nice add on. The bar shut a little bit early at 11pm The breakfast was fresh with an extensive choice but didn't cater particularly well for vegetarians (both of us are) with no veggie sausages/ haggis/ bacon.
