The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Excellent choice of the hotel for us for the short stay in town. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We arrived after hours and the key was left for us with a note at the front desk.
