"This property is 5 stars all the way around. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the beauty and cleanliness of the entire property, the experience will forever be remembered. Dining in the restaurant is also a must!"
"Uno de los PEORES hoteles, muy sucio, mala atención del personal, nada que ver las fotos con la realidad, realmente se puede considerar como una “ESTAFA”, los cuartos huelen a cigarro, nada fue rescatable de esa experiencia, piénsenlo muchas veces antes de reservar… si pudiera poner 0 estrellas las pondría"
"This hotel is in the lovely village of Malamocco in a beautiful building which is hundreds of years old. However, the bathrooms seriously needed renovation. I tried to explain this to the mana"
"ideal location close to San Marco. Old style 3-pin power plugs in room do not take 2 pin plug adapters, some light switches were falling off the walls. TV didn't turn on. Internet very intermittent. Included breakfast was very basic. By the third day we went and bought breakfast elsewhere instead."
"Close to the train into Venice. About a 25 minute ride and 10 minute walk to/from the station. It was safe and well lit. Very well appointed room with a fantastic balcony. We booked because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Be sure to pre book your shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We were there just one night but would come back again. There are some lively eateries adjacent to the property that we would try next time. We highly recommend."
"Fantastic location near San Marco Square. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was not up to par with cold food - supposed to be hot and not a lot of variety."
"The hotel is well situated on Lido for it is across from the water bus station and it is surrounded by eateries. The breakfast was well presented and quite substantial. The staff in this area and the bar area were very pleasant and very helpful. The AC in our room needed explaining- this should have been done day one not day four. The front desk finally sent a staff member to explain."
