"I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.

"My family and I had a great time. Our first time in San Miguel. The property was great, clean, very accessible to downtown and great amenities. Our hosts was great. She gave us easy instructions of how to get to the apartment and the use of the amenities as well as recommendations for other services like hair and make up stylist which we used. Property was very comfortable and very well equipped. Pilar responded to my questions very quickly and checked in with us to know if we were ok or needed...
