"Stayed here the 2nd night cause it was non refundable; the breakfast is lacking but you can pay to upgrade to eggs (the good thing it opens at 6am weekdays vs 7). The hot water is extremely hot so be mindful of that. The Vaughan Monte Carlo was nice so thought would try this one. "

"Unfortunately the pool was not operational nor the hot tub nor the sauna. We would of cancelled our reservation if we were made aware of this in advance, as we had a child with us and i booked there specifically because there was a pool. Would def call in advance from now on."

"I chose the hotel because it was near a venue I was working at for the day, and knew I would be too tired to make the 2-hour drive home afterward. I arrived late, and despite having spent the time doing pre-check in online, I had to hang around the lobby to sign forms, including one about not smoking in the room. There was no parking in the front, so I had to move my car to a very poorly lit part of the parking lot, passing people standing outside smoking by the side entry, which was not locked....

"When we arrived we waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We walked into our room that smelt like cigarettes. After checking under the mattresses we found that the smoke detector had been disconnected and shoved under the mattress. The only reason that they are getting 2 stars is because switching rooms was done with ease. Not to mention the “continental breakfast” that consisted of cardboard boxes that held juice boxes, muffins, frozen breakfast sandwiches, and...
