Guest kitchen area/breakfast room fully stocked with with various breakfast items ranging from eggs to bread, fresh pots of fruit, cerial, pastries and even fresh coffee if thats what you desire. "We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. "The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside."
