"Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly.
The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive."

"The room was very cleaned, and cleaned every day of our stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative about events or how to travel in the area. If I could stay longer, I would choose this hotel again. Check-in and Check-out were very simple, you can use either kiosk or front desk (if a person is there). Towels were changed everyday, room claned, garbage thrown away, and free water bottles. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"First of all, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful even before our trip began. Communication was smooth and very thoughtful, which made us feel comfortable before arriving. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.
The family room was truly spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were well equipped, and the small decorations and details in the room were cute and made the atmosphere very pleasant.

They have adapters to rent if you forgot one or if yours burns out like mine did. They have coin laundry on site which was extremely helpful while traveling for a long time.
