"The view of Seoraksan was amazing from my room! It was completely worth it. The room was warm in the winter, clean (brand new everything), and bed was very comfortable. I loved the ondol and double balcony doors to keep out cold air and traffic noise. The staff were very friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water every day without being asked. "Everything about this place is top notch. Our room had a great Ocean view. Breakfast buffet downstairs was a great value. Even after a terrible experience sitting on a wet chair from a spill from a previous diner, I would go back. Overall the hotel was very relaxing and had everything nearby so it was an all inclusive experience. Can’t wait to go back again soon."

"The pension was very clean and by the water. It was nice to have a balcony that my mom can sit and watch the water. The folks there were super nice, even allowed us to do some laundry as we were traveled to our next destination. One thing my mom would have loved is an elevator but for pensions that have been around for long, that would be a rarity. But overall, great stay at a nice quiet place! "

"The hotel seems new or, at the very least, newly remodeled. There is an outdoor pool which is free to use and very kid friendly. A sauna is in the basement, for a small fee, it is small but clean. They allow you to hang out on the rooftop, which is fantastic; it makes for wonderful nighttime views of the skyline. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Sokcho."
