"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Täglich wurden frische Handtücher bereitgestellt und eine Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt. Leider gab es aber auch einige negative Punkte. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass den ganzen Tag Lärm herrscht, insbesondere nachts. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had the beautiful loft room overlooking the canal.it was even better than the photos. The room was spotlessly clean. Every morning we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The staff was wonderful and we loved the quiet walks along the canals to get to the center of town (about 15 mins). We would definitely stay again."

"Clean, spacious room in a historic building. Underground car park nearby and in the heart of a shopping area with great restaurants choices too. Perfect shopping location! And only a 20 min drive into Amsterdam airport, which makes this a great location for a flight option. Hotel staff are fantastic, and Luisa was incredible making check-in both easy and informative, including history of the building. Unfortunately no air conditioning (yet)."

"Clean and spacious room. The mattresses are okay. Room-reception distance is pretty far and no help with the luggage or when they forget to put the amenities; you have to get it yourself. There is a shuttle service 3x in 2 hours. Good restaurant in the hotel."

"The rooms are located right at the walking center of Leiden in a lovely restored building on one of the loveliest canals. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Turn left out the door to the public market and the main shopping streets. Turn right to the lovely Pieterskerk (c 1221), many nice restaurants on the Cloksteg and the old academic buildings of the venerable Leiden University and it’s famous gardens."

Shower pressure was great! And the bathroom size is good. Note that the bathroom has frosted windows and is see through, it can be covered with curtains (from the outside). "We checked into the Sheraton Hotel a few days before we embarked on a cruise sailing out of Rotterdam. The Hotel is "connected" to the Schiphol Airport, and is extremely convenient for travelers who plan to spend time in Amsterdam or make connections to other cities in the Netherlands or European countries. The room was quite spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly return to this Hotel if we visit Amsterdam again."
