As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. Wir hatten leider ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer und ein unerklärliches Gepolter war ab 5 Uhr morgens in unserem Zimmer zu hören.
