"The room was dirty - trash left behind, used soap on counter, food left in fridge, ant swarms on nightstand, dirt on floor. Poor customer service - no manager on site on the weekend. No offer to refund for poor room. Emailed manager to discuss stay and refund - email unanswered."

"Nice room, clean. There are no outlets for charging your phone. The advertised shuttle is quite infrequent. 8am and then 10am to take you to the airport. Yesterday we had to take a taxi to the hotel because we were told to wait 1 hour for the “free” shuttle. The taxi cost $35. The bathroom does not ..."
