"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

"Great location. Friendly staff, but not there later in the day. A bit concerned about security. No one is at the front desk and someone could follow a guest in. There were no chains in the door.
Huge room. No extra blankets. "
