"If I was rating the Devil’s armpit, this place would be 5/5. Sadly, I’m not. I’ve stayed in many places and this was the worst I have experienced.
I booked weeks in advance through Expedia specifically for a twin room with a private bathroom due to medical needs. The description said “private bathroom”.
Days before arrival, the hostel said I had actually booked a bunk-bed room with a shared bathroom. I was told the hostel had made an error, but none of their twin rooms have private bathrooms...

"L’emplacement est vraiment super. Les chambres sont confortables et muni de ventilateur. Point à améliorer, ajout d’un troisième réfrigérateur et ajouter des couteaux et fourchettes. La terrasse extérieur était parfaite pour des repas a l’extérieur."

"I looked for the best deal in town and wasn’t disappointed. Minutes from Paddington station but miles away from noise, cited in a leafy square. For a hostel, this was perfect. Unexpected extras included fridge, microwave, desk fans, kettle and no need to ask for more towels or loo paper. Crisp clean bedding, fresh feel. This is basic done with style and the staff were lovely. Would definitely book with them again. Thank you."

"Room was clean where I concern my place was. But what I would like to highlight it’s the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring.
