"Everything was great--clean facilities, spacious room, two pools with a nice view, a convenient location for transportation, and a king-size bed that almost three people can sleep on. The downstairs restaurant provides a very nice pork steak. The only thing I didn't like was that the towel had too much lint, which flew all over the place when I used the towel, sticking to my face and body. Except for that, I had a pleasant experience during the trip."

"Staff really good, nice location and rooms pretty good. Bathroom/shower really nice. Aircon was very basic and hard to operate and not that cool. Neither fridge or tv worked but we didn’t need either. Had breakfast one morning, was good selection and nice staff. Overall pleased with stay and would recommend."

"On a passé une agréable semaine à cet hotel .tres bien situé sur le grand boulevard Degracia tres achalandé, on a fait toute nos activités a pied malgré le metro est a 3 minutes de marche Le petit déjeuner buffet est acceptable La chambre est propre malgré q elle est un peu petite Le personnel est tres serviable tjrs avec un tres beau sourire"

"Great area, central to various landmarks, safe, cafes on every corner. Room was clean and tidy. AC was a little weak for North Americans that like to be COLD overnight, but not too bad (maintenance did need to adjust it for us). "

"Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice big room, very clean and quiet, nice big shower and bathroom, comfy robes, great location , a few minutes walk to cruise terminals and port, loved it! "

"This was the best stay I believe I have ever had. Once we brought our luggage through the door we didn’t touch it until we were in our room. At the end of our stay we left it in room and next time we saw it was in our cruise cabin. The staff were helpful on getting cabs, information, to the port. All did a fantastic service. "
