"Lovely hotel with huge rooms (three of us in a two bed apt). Gorgeous high ceilings and a large balcony. Kitchen and large living / dining area with lovely decor. 4 stars for cleanliness as a bit dusty but def 5 stars for the size, layout, comfy beds etc. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and helpful. Hotel was about 20-30 mins outside (north west direction) from the Medina which made for a very relaxing stay away from the madness of the Medina. Back and...

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so itâs nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "

"We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask....

"Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water.
However great location to both old and new town."
