"They said they had breakfast. There was no breakfast. Nobody came in my room for three days to even change which I went up to the front desk and told him to change my sheets. They cleaned the room when I took the dog out nobody came plus there was so much argument. It must be a shelter."

"Check-in was somewhat confusing. I initially entered through the registration entrance, but all of the doors were locked. I took the elevator upstairs to see if there was another front desk area, and a staff member directed me to a dimly lit reception area but left me and went into a back room. Another staff member then assisted me remotely through a computer screen, which made communication a bit difficult and felt somewhat impersonal.
The room itself was adequate - clearly an older hotel, but...
