"The stay was quite challenging, especially with kids, due to the lack of an attached toilet. It would be much more convenient for families if this were available.
Additionally, no hand towels were provided the following day, which affected our overall comfort and hygiene.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to watch TV or use the internet. On top of that, mobile signal in the area was also extremely weak.

"We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. "I wasn't offered breakfast. Very very disappointing.
The room was very clean and spacious. Inconvenient that there are no power points beside the bed, to charge phone. The pillows are way too high. Only suitable for back sleepers. There are no security screens on windows which is a deal breaker for next time. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Staff were ok. "

"Would never stay here or recommend it. If we didn’t check in so late and were staying more than one night we would have found somewhere else to stay. We stayed in the larger room with multiple bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was closed off because it was not working. The rooms were old and not cleaned well. Air conditioners were not working. Beds and pillows hard as rocks. I’m very surprised this motel was rated so high by others. "
