"Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. Called the hotel’s phone number but was on hold. When the desk clerk became unavailable she stated her apologies that she was upstairs. She needs a portable phone in order to “help” the staff and be available when guests arrive. Checking out again no clerk ..."
