"The staff were so friendly and helpful. They phoned to check we were happy with our room. Also they put our daughters’ room next to ours - as we booked late I was not sure they could or would remember. It’s a very quiet hotel considering it’s near the centre. The area is a bit shabby in parts but it has some lovely cafes and independent shops which is the vibe we wanted.
The room was very stylish and comfortable. We had all we needed apart from a kettle (not a necessity and we could get hot...
