"Kitchen wasn't stocked all that well, unit was cleaned ok but the floors(laminate) hadn't been mopped in a long time. They were very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, but they didn't have much staff on hand. Building is made of wood, so you hear people walking if there is a room above you. Wore ear plugs at night and that was fine. Close to the highway, so convenient that way. Would stay again if the place was cleaner. "

"The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay."

"I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. "The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. I personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again for this reason alone. Other than that, the staff...
