"We had an extra large King room and it was so nice to have the space to move around. Having an actual table and comfortable chairs to sit and use as a work station was awesome. The bed was very comfortable The staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and genuinely interested in our stay. "Don’t travel there alone ever as a single female that’s all I got to say . The place was magical and beautiful but a bad staff can ruin your entire trip so beware if you are a single female I would definitely not ever go there alone again . But very pretty location"

"Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. "The hotel was fine. Staff was lovely. The Waterpark is great for young families. Lots of children. The water in the pools was not cooled and therefore not refreshing. Lazy river was nice. Restaurants were mediocre at best, yet costly. Many of the floors were slippery, including steps in main area, bathrooms in room and shower stalls. They forgot to clean our room and showed up at 5pm. Takes many many rings for guest services to answer phone. They were nice when answered. Perhaps they are...

"Camcelled immediately after booking and requested a refund. Property owner denied it saying they were waiting for me to arrive even though I had cancelled. Total scam"
