"The resort is comfortable, clean and relaxing. However, I was without hot water for my entire stay. We visited one of the onsite restaurants and the food was ok. I would recommend this location, however, improvements could be made so that you don't have to leave the resort. Improve the food quality and add a few more amenities and this would be a 10/10."

The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful.
