My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. "For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. "Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms."

"I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."
