"Overall pleasant for an old motel, modernising efforts have been made. It was the friendliness of the staff that made it great. What a solid asset. "Always a great stay! The rooms are nice, gym is well equipped and apartments are well stocked with the essentials. Only down side was my Expedia perk (free wine) wasn’t provided and charging per night for a baby cot, fortunately we were only there 2 nights so didn’t get too expensive."

"Great room, only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that there’s building works and the gym wasn’t operational which wasn’t displayed on the Expedia booking site. But it might explain why I paid less. Other than that the room was lovely, clean and new. They left some sweet treats and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and had a mini milk in the fridge. The body wash/ shampoo etc smelled great. Lots of little extras made it a comfortable stay. "

"The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the check-in was good. The area was handy for trams and you could walk around safely. A small supermarket across the road too.
I chose this as the pictures showed a balcony with views over the city. My room had a view over next doors dirty office windows making it gloomy and an industrial extractor fan going 24/7 which made it impossible to open the windows or sleep properly. One night maybe ok but seven was just too much."
