"Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise."

"Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?"

"The room was full of construction dust, uneven shower floor, toilet handle sticking with water running and breakfast was late on the weekend.

"Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. "Parking was great, the room was okay but could've been better. The mattress was broken down, felt as if we were sleeping purely on springs with flattened yellow pillows. The room overall was a 3/5 for cleanliness. The check in staff was "okay" but the house keeping staff was very rude. Staff friendliness is 2/5 at best. Parking was 5/5 Handicapable set hoops were 4/5. "
