"Nice location and a modern-looking hotel, but it wasn’t worth the price. The front desk associate who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and didn’t explain the hotel’s amenities. The room was much smaller than expected for two people, and the walls weren’t very soundproof. We also found stained bed sheets upon arrival.
Valet parking was expensive ($63–$69 per night), and we waited nearly an hour for our car one day, even though the garage is next to the hotel.

"Loved the location, it was close to everything and even got to see the bats emerge from under the bridge. The front desk staff was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the area/activities in the area. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The only issues we had in the room was the back of the shelf jetting out into the bedroom area and the lack of just a bathroom light. "The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience"

"Everything went well, staff is attentive and very nice! One of the lampshades in the room fell apart out of nowhere and it was above the couch, I reported and maintenance came right away to fix it so that was great. Unfortunately the pool is not there anymore. Gym equipment was decent."
