"Clean Rooms, Beautiful Setting and lots of wildlife just outside the porch! We saw a Manatee, Dolphins, Alligator and plenty of Bird Life! The area is an excellent spot for biking and hiking! The Calusa Habitat Mounds are nearby and a friendly day hike! Also nearby is a Marina that takes you to an Island for lunch and hiking as well as visiting Islands in the area! Very relaxing and fun place to take the whole Family!"

"The only thing that freaked us out when we 1st got there to check in, the office was closed. Said you have to contact office for late check ins after 9pm. We booked online through expedia and never seen that anywhere, til we got our confirmation email and at the very bottom..there it was! Should be at the top!! "A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."

"We spent the night just before an early flight out the next morning. The grounds seemed well cared for. The staff was cordial but not extra friendly. The room had a comfortable bed- but it was rather outdated. It served us fine for what we needed but I would not choose to stay at this location for any other reason. The pool was out of order. The television kept losing its signal - which may have been weather related? Not sure. Nice location for the airport and close to many other businesses."
