"Service. Service. Service. I did not catch his name (my bad), but the doorman was positively golden. Fantastic personality and recommendations. Just seemed to want to make sure that everyone saw the best of his town. Asked where we were going the day we went to Salem and then let me know there was a ferry we could take back and that it was more direct and closer to the hotel than the train. Then gave us restaurant recs for Salem. Completely went out of his way every time we stepped out the door...

"Very nice Hotel. Very clean!! Room service was great. Took advantage of the nice warm pool. The only thing that aggravated me was charging $4.00 for a 12oz bottle of water. The first 2 were complimentary. Otherwise, everything was exceptional."

"I was very disappointed in my room.Very small and my toilet was in the shower. Every time my toilet paper fell off the horribly designed holders it would get wet if I had showered recently. I was able to hear every noise inside and out. For the price I paid I was quite disappointed in the accommodations. There was nowhere to park my Jeep w/ a roof rack. "Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away"
