"Rooms are very small but functional. Tight for 2 people to move around. Shower was tight ...maybe just under 3x3. Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Had the room cleaned one day but the lady left all of our used coffee cups which ended up filling up our garbage to overflowing pretty quick.
You're really paying for a great location right in the heart of historic Boston. Easy walk to any of the sights and restaurants. "

"This is a beautiful property. The 360 observation deck gives you a full view of the city of Boston which is more than a pleasant surprise. While we were staying, the upper floor elevator was out of service, so we had to hike up 6 or 8 floors to get there.
For the room, we walked into a loft suite. It's great, the only problem is, the bathroom is downstairs, it's a bit of a hazard to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The property lacking a restaurant was a bit of an issue because...

"The Staff, especially Sherley on the Front Desk, was excellent. The room was spotless. Loved the restaurant - delicious Mediterranean food. My only constructive comment is that more task lighting or just one overhead light is needed in our room. It was difficult to work the coffee machine. Coffee was deeeelicious! Snacks were spendy."

"The location is amazing! It's just 3 blocks from the Boston Public Library & Trinity Cathedral, 2 landmarks worth seeing. It is located in a brownstone with charming rooms that feature fireplaces (not in use) & convenient kitchenettes, all kept very clean. The staff is very helpful & instructions for self check-in are easy. However, if you are handicapped or have tons of luggage, t's a no-go because there is no elevator. "
