"When we first checked into the room at about 330 there were two bags of trash in the hallway, which were still there the next morning. That should never happen. Paragraph also when I parked my car first thing in the morning around at 8:30 AM there was a man sleeping in the bushes in front of the car where I parked. He was tucked in there very nicely so nobody could see it. I don’t think it’s a good idea that he sleeps there. Thank you for your concern."

"We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area. You now HAVE to pay for parking and WiFi, and you can see alot of beyond usual wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. The staff wasn’t that great either, it is hard to get good help these days. "At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...
