"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "Our king bed was not available so we were given a Quin bed, the parking for whole day was given complimentary as a compensation. However no one was collecting tickets at parking so it was really free since all the exits were open Next night toilet got cloged and I was given a plunger. No sorry was given or any kind of discount for dealing with cloged toilet. The hotel has old musky smell needs a complete remodel for"

"The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe. Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind."

"The building is incredible, and a great place to stay in the city - quiet, comfortable, and very close to everything downtown. Staff were warm and friendly, the facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a deal worked out with a lovely cafe a couple blocks away so you can get a discount on meals and drinks there. The only walkable groceries are convenience stores/bodegas, but I expected that in a city. Would highly recommend, and I'll be back anytime I need to come through...
