"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "The hotel offers a very clean and comfortably sized room. The food was good, and its close proximity to various downtown restaurants makes access very convenient."

"No breakfast was available at the bed and breakfast on our stay. The rooms do not block out sunlight. The ac turns off at night and there is no thermostat in the room to help. Parking was extremely limited. The house has a loud wind chime sound every few minutes throughout the day. Would never stay here again."

"Loved the old bathrooms, the over-head tank toilets are classic and the oldstyle clawed bathtubs are awesome. However if you're a senior like me the tub can be tricky, no anti-slip tape in tub, and you gotta really lift those legs. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. They will take your bags to your room but you have to drag your body upstairs yourself. If your less then 65 and healthy , love American history, then this is the place for you."

"Item at the front desk was amazing about getting me checked in. Madison was great about getting me into a beautiful room very quiet room on the top floor. And checked in early, which is very fabulous. The exercise room was marvelous and I used it twice on my visit and the pool is just sweet. My room was very comfortable. There is no doubt when I will travel back to see my niece and nephew in law, I will stay with you folks again."

"Great hotel in very convenient location. Breakfast was great. Staff left a bit to be desired as the lady at the front desk barely acknowledged me after talking on the phone nearly 10 minutes as I waited to check in. The lobby was out of all coffee when I came for breakfast and my room had no shampoo or conditioner. The hotel was great. The staff not so much."
