"Our king bed was not available so we were given a Quin bed, the parking for whole day was given complimentary as a compensation. However no one was collecting tickets at parking so it was really free since all the exits were open Next night toilet got cloged and I was given a plunger. No sorry was given or any kind of discount for dealing with cloged toilet. The hotel has old musky smell needs a complete remodel for"

"The building is incredible, and a great place to stay in the city - quiet, comfortable, and very close to everything downtown. Staff were warm and friendly, the facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a deal worked out with a lovely cafe a couple blocks away so you can get a discount on meals and drinks there. The only walkable groceries are convenience stores/bodegas, but I expected that in a city. Would highly recommend, and I'll be back anytime I need to come through...
