The room was okay but the bedding had holes and when notified staff all they said was they would note the account instead switching it out or moving us into another room. Also the ice machine on our floor was not working again notified them and nothing was done. We were there for 4 days. Elevator situation is ridiculous. All in all I will never book at this hotel again."

"Very disappointed – Extremely dirty property I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained and soiled, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The entire property, in general, was very poorly maintained.
