"So disappointed with this hotel. They offer a complimentary shuttle within a 5-mile radius and more than half of the time they acted like they didn't want to take us anywhere. They constantly made excuses for us not to use the shuttle. When they did let us use the shuttle the drivers were very rude except Tim. On our last day I had scheduled a shuttle for the airport and when the time came for us to use the shuttle, the lady manager proceeded to say that she didn't have a driver available....

"Had to move rooms because of the train but that was my fault for not doing better research on the property. Stayed in a room facing the garden side and it was fine as far as train noise. Rooms were nice and clean and beds comfy. We had some issues with the air and shower in room 218. Hopefully they get it fixed for the next people. Breakfast was ok. More options for breakfast would be nice. Great location and close to bars and restaurants."
