"Pool and hot tub were awesome the tropical vibe was like an island paradise. The #5 room however was a bit small I would have preferred a bigger room. The toilet area was a bit too small for my liking. Maybe a different room next visit because outside of that this place is a wonderful place to visit. There really isn’t any parking on site so you have to go about a half mile down and pay $15 for unlimited time. But that was ok with us we walked and road bikes the whole time. It was great."

"The Duval location was the only good thing about this property. There are only 8 parking spots for the entire resort and if lucky you get a spot, you must leave the key in the front desk in case they have to move it. We were given a unit in an old cottage across the street from the resort, unit 204, the queen bed unit type unit. It was super small and the bathroom was horrible. The tub was rusted and taped with with white tape to hide the damage, no handle bars and very slippery. It was 96...
