Only way to sum up this hotel is truly amazing. Stayed here for 5 nights as a couple and were impressed with everything, they picked us up at airport on arrival, cottage was ready at the hotel, room was spotless everyday, room had free WiFi, a very good bathroom, safety deposit safe, complimentary room service breakfast which was awesome, staff at this hotel are what makes it so good, they are so genuinely friendly, the grounds of the hotel are attended to almost all day,the pool are is almost...

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

The Stones Hotel is a Sheer delight The staff all super friendly kind and helpful. The food was tasty, and we ate breakfast lunch and dinner and all three meals were delicious and fresh. I highly recommend the breakfast- the coffee is sensational…… I am not mad about coffee- I’m a fussy coffee drinker-but these were incredible-smooth (no bitter aftertaste) and was keen for breakfast every day because of these coffee’s- made to order and perfection. The swimming pool was great too. My kid loved...

The hotel has beautiful views and it is next to Kuta beach making it easier to roam around the town. The hotel has a nice Italian cafe and serves one of the best pastas i have ever had. I would also recommend the spa, it was delightful. Completely recommend the hotel and I would definitely come back.

Love the place, near to the beach. But room cleanliness need to improve, especially on bath room.

Great location in Kuta, 5min walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars not to far away. The location is close to the main kuta area, but far enough back from the main roads that there is no noise. Hotel lagoon pool is wonderful, I recommend the lagoon side rooms, after a hot day it's good to jumpin any time of day/night. The roof pool is also wonderful. Staff are supper friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant is nice food and good value.

Close to the beach, maybe not the cleanest, nicest part of the beach stretch but walking distance. The hangout place with pool on 4th floor is pleasant, has good view and comfortable seats. People working there are helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet is ok, not mind-blowing but worth the price. Gym is limited but for someone who has some creativity, it will do fine. If you're looking to get some rest, with optionally venturing to some more exciting nightlife-related places in the evenings, go...

In a word stayed twice and it is fantastic food great pool lovely all staff so friendly

Nice experience. Good service. Close to the beach.Quiet atmosphere.

Great location, a short walk away from bars and restaurants and the beach. Friendly staff helped out with anything. The room was super clean and was generally outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely peaceful hotel yet in the centre of resort. Close to shops restaurants etc. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Nice pool.

The hotel was great, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful with a welcome drink on arrival. Our room, 908 which was spacious. The only downside was the noise coming from a live band in a pub down the street until midnight which unfortunately the hotel can do absolutely nothing about.

Beautiful roof top swimming pool, larger than I thought. Rooms were clean and comfortable bed, and great air conditioner... Staff forgot to replace towels twice, but brought when asked (they'd taken away the old ones!) be better if there was a rail to help get out of bath. Quality hotel, right on doorstep of Kuta, yet room was still quiet. A 5 min walk to beach, Gloria jeans, kfc, and next door to massage places. Very good. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I had my reservations as some negative reviews online. The street the hotel is based on is mayhem - however the moment you step into the hotel its so tranquil - you hear absolutely no outside noise. Pool bars are clean, great selection and food/drink is served almost immediately. Music starts at 11am - not a ‘party party’ vibe - its a chilled relaxed environment - you can sunbathe all day or sit at the pool bar - your choice. Plenty of sunbeds and an exotic feel with all the palm...

The hotel was gorgeous, the interior designer has done well. The service was great and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. The hotel is offset far back from the road, so it is quiet. The pool is nice, good water temperature and size. The room was perfect. Not far from the beach. Lots of food places/excursion places/convienience stores/night out on your door step. Only negative - as you’re in a party place there may be loud people in the hotel and I think I had bed bugs in one...
