Hotel Romantis di Pusat Kota Memphis

"Excellent stay. Nicole the host for Capprico Grill was excellent, warm and friendly and down to earth. I usually don’t comment on host as your waiter is the main person- but she took attention to detail and made you feel very welcome and went out her way."

"Well managed property. Helpful staff."

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect spot when you’re catching the train to or from Memphis! Great building and experience!"

"The room is GRAND! Staff was so friendly. Parking so easy. Breakfast also great! Lookout restaurant was fabulous. Also the bar in the lodge had the best bar tender!!"

"The staff at ignite were top-notch (Terell). There were a couple of games i wanted to see that where not very prominate among all the screens"

"The pool was open, even in the middle of October, which was delightful."

"You really have to read the fine print. I showed up late without having the codes. I had to sit outside and upload my card and ID. Maybe it was me, I never got the message that couldn’t make a reservation and show up. When I finally got in, the parking situation was poor. A large truck blocked the ability to get in and out. Frustrating. It’s a very nice hotel/room. But the situation is odd. Also, the rooms are not sound insulated from each other. It took forever for my neighbors to go to...

"The staff are so friendly. They offered buffet breakfast and dinner plus other perks. Room was great, housekeeping was very responsive. The price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again."
