"The laundry facilities and communication regarding washing powder supplies had us on a late night mission searching for unnecessary supplies when due to bad communication was already at the reception. They don’t help you with coins for the machines either and directed us to go to a bank which was not open. Disappointed mostly with the unhelpful staff."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is quite central. Staff is very accommodating. Washroom clean with useful amenities. The only thing is that when I booked with Expedia, it said breakfast for 2 was included. But the hotel staff said it was not included."

"The room was amazing, we got one with large windows, corner and higher floor. Not a lot of cabinet spaces for clothes, but that is okay because the spacious room made up for it. This was my daughter's favorite hotel between Quebec City and Toronto. The location is great. Definitely one we will return to if we come back."
