"The location is key to this place. The staff and the restaurant were very good. Room was a little small but had all that you wanted.
I must say that the staff here was much more friendly than the hotel next door by the same name. When she found out we were booked at Motto she just totally disregarded us. Won't stay there. At Motto, they were so friendly. Will be back."

"To stay here was truly a mixed bag. Monique at the front desk was extremely helpful, charming, and a true asset to the hotel. Whoever was running the valet tried to get us to pay $30 in cash before we could park. This was definitely a scam because the front desk did not know about it. The room was not super clean and there was a stain on my pillow that may have been dried blood. It looked to me like a lot of people waited a long time to get a drink at an understaffed bar. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"
