"This was one of the worst stays I've had. There is no bathroom door, the window is frosted. The night desk woman was very rude to me when I asked for help with parking when all the street and lots were closed for a parade. I was staying with my mother in law - no bathroom door was terrible. The fridge was unplugged when we got there, I plugged it on, it has a clear door and shines BRIGHT light into a tiny room. No light switches near the bed. So terrible, maybe if I was staying alone it could have been better. But even with my husband this is a no go. It was more expensive than other hotels. I got daily texts asking me how it was going with no responses to me saying it was not going well. Since I booked through hotel.com, I couldn't leave and go somewhere else. I cannot stress enough what a terrible stay this was. "

"We stayed for one night for a good price. It was very quiet. Nice spacious room, moderately clean. Staff was very nice. The only thing I’d complain is the A/C did take a while to cool down the room but it wasn’t hot weather so it didn’t bother us too much."
