"Super helpful staff with amazing services!"

"A gorgeous hotel…we always love staying here! But this time, the shower water pressure was mild, not strong enough to wash ladies’ medium-long hair. All bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels were too rough..they must be new, as they were never like this before. The small hand towels in the Gym are very soft and lovely. The A/C system needs adjusting, since on Low and High it’s super noisy and blows air super high. On Medium it blows almost no air. It wasn’t like this in other hotel sleeping...

"My stay at Nobu Hotel Palo Alto was good overall, though it didn’t fully meet top-tier expectations. The hotel is clean, well-designed, and has a calm, refined atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable with a nice Japanese-inspired minimalism, and the subtle scent throughout adds to the experience. Service, however, was inconsistent. Staff were polite, but follow-through was lacking. I requested dishes be cleared from my room multiple times even in person and they remained for over 24 hours. It felt...
