"We loved this hotel! It is a beautifully maintained old hotel right in the middle of Palo Alto, walking distance to everything. The hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean, with great beds. "We booked a king sized bed , when we arrived we were shocked to see what looked like a full. The room itself was also a lot smaller than photographed. When we asked about it the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and gave us attitude. There wasn’t even enough space for our luggage without stepping over it . "We had a pleasant two nights stay with at this hotel. We had rented an electric vehicle and unfortunately the one electric vehicle charger was out of order which was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean and as shown in the pictures, and the bathroom was nice. The whole place has a refurbished motel vibe. "All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, and I slept well throughout the night. However, some of the facilities need to be upgraded, such as windows, power outlets, and bedding. We also didn't feel comfortable that there was a smoking area next to our room, especially with a 10-year-old boy. Overall, I think this facility is great for a single business trip or a group without kids."
