"The smell in our room was horrible—it reeked of dogs. Staff were very kind and housekeeping tried to clean the carpet, but the odor remained really pungent. The location and ambience were great, but the smell in our room ruined the whole experience. The walls are also very thin. We could hear every word of the guests next door. I think we were in room 212. I would definitely not stay here again.

"Over rated for the price. Bedding smelled like sweat. Wasn’t aware of paying for parking. A/C wasn’t working and made loud noises through out the night. Loud car noise from side street. Could hear people stomping above us. Bed was not comfortable.
We won’t be booking here again."

Our stay was very comfortable and everything is clean and new. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! The location is perfect for walking to the beach and enjoying Pismo! We had a lovely time and highly recommend"
