"Boutique feel; clean and quiet hotel. Super convenient location and plenty of restaurants nearby. First time staying at a hotel where there isn’t an onsite, in person host. Was a little nervous but as it turned out, my reservation was unnecessary. The added value was the complimentary onsite laundry which was super for my 7 days stay. "

"We stayed one night at the Westin SFO and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was sophisticated and well designed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the restaurant was so good! Special kudos to our server, Bismarck, who was very friendly, attentive and professional, even though we showed up late in the evening. All in all, our night at the Westin was great!"

"Breakfast buffet was better than the chain hotels - healthy choices and not as carb heavy. The room was clean and they had more amenities like a bathrobe and umbrella hanging in the closet. The only issue was the walls were not well insulated. When I had neighbors, I did hear them. "

"We passed on breakfast, but sure was nice having free tea & coffee offered 24/7! They also offer incredible happy wine hours from 3-7pm, plus you can purchase great bottles for very reasonable prices. All thats missing are some fire pits!"

"Great shuttle from the airport. Easy to find.
Staff member on reception was helpful. Room was nice and clean. Just what was needed after a 16 hour trip.
Bathroom was nice and clean.
Easy walk to ihop, Dunkin donuts, McDonald’s if needed.
Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

"The staff was friendly. We got in late. Really late. The breakfast was nice and convenient. Waffles…. Toast…. Juice…. The front desk was able to store our bags while we spent the last day in the city (flight was in the evening)
