"I checked 5 stars for most of the main questions for this survey but in the end, the whole experience was just "OK". The room arrangement and furniture style was not efficient and walking through the room requires a bit of maneuvering. The lighting controls were confusing and the bedside light switch was hard to reach. All the bedroom power sockets are very close to the floor.
I am a big person and I found the chairs extremely small and low to the floor, making them very uncomfortable. The...

"Reykjavik Saga – A Wonderful Stay!
Reykjavik Saga is a wonderful hotel that is modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and generously sized, which was an important consideration for my family and me.
One of the things I particularly loved was the location. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Reykjavík, making it convenient to explore the city, yet tucked away from the noise and bustle.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting us...

"Great hotel and staff. The only issue was the lack of street parking in the evenings (the hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking). It’s in downtown with a lot of shops, which makes it convenient for shopping but tricky to find parking."

"Stayed recently for 5 nights with my partner.
A short distance from the BSI Bus Terminal, the hotel is easy to get to on foot (10 mins walk, although up a steep hill!), and a fantastic location for access to Rainbow Street and the centre of Reykjavik (again 10 mins walk).
From the minute of checking in to checking out, every staff member we spoke to was friendly, courteous and helpful when answering queries (especially the gentleman who was on front desk, he's a credit to the Hotel, no question...
