"As a woman traveling alone the one thing I didn’t like is that anyone could get on the elevator. There was no security. I felt more safe staying at the Courtyard Marriott because you had to have a room key to get on the elevator."

"The best thing about this hotel was its location. I’ll be blunt. It was terribly overpriced for what we got… a room with a view of a parking garage out one window and a cement wall out the other window. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were lumpy, and the bathrobes they left were child size so my husband couldn’t even fit into it. The robe I put on had one string missing so I couldn’t even tie it shut. It looked and felt like it was used well beyond its use by date. I asked for daily service and...
