"Good comfortable hotel well positioned in San Antonio. Rooms comfortable but inexplicably have “full size” beds that felt small. Cocktails and bar menu good but our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Food mediocre and expensive, understaffed and zero ambiance. Will stay again but have meals offsite in future. Pool was good but zero service up there and ran out of towels constantly."

"The hotel is really nice. Check in and out is cramped! Little areas for parking while checking in. The restaurants were fantastic on property! Staff was great and helpful but seemed house keeping was short staffed.
Biggest problem was the shower! They look great and are clean. The problem is when you shower the tiles were not laid correctly, the water runs on the floor for a heck of a mess to clean up, we used all our towels and then trying to get new ones was an issue! It took forever, finally...

"Rooms are a good size with a partitioned living room area and desk from the bed. There's a mini fridge which is always nice to have. Breakfast in the mornings are basic but that's all you need to get your day started. Parking is a little expensive overnight but it's downtown SA. Hotel looks pet friendly although I didn't have one with me. Riverwalk is right behind the property, which is a lovely walk to the main area of DTSA.
Only issues were I found long hair in the shower area that wasn't...

"I would rate this hotel higher except there were issues. The shower head leaked all night same as the beds at every slight move. The most alarming was the view outside the bunk bed room. It was disturbing with the trash, graffiti covering the broken concrete surfaces and the hole in the ground with trees growing out of it. Being on a ground level, this was disturbing.
It did have Riverwalk entrance I would advise not using until it’s cleaned and cleared.
Good things are the staff was nice and...
