"Great option if you're taking the Shinkansen. Room was spacious. Loads of amenities including face masks and even sunblock. Connected to many stores and restaurants, we loved it "

"This hotel is very close to the JR station. From the small street next to the entrance, you can see the bright lights of the train station. The downside of the hotel is that it's a bit old, and the front desk clerk I encountered seemed somewhat stern-faced."

"Healthy and varied breakfast menu both Japanese and Western
Room on ninth floor was close to bath so a little noisy on the corridor up to ten.thorty pm"
"Internet was great, room was clean and staff are efficient and friendly. 💕
Location was good, convenient to move around, nearby Sendai train station. 🚉 "
"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"
